Invitation Letters
Participants requiring a Letter of Invitation in order to attend the conference may complete the Request Form.
You may complete the form, and e-mail it to m.marin@ieseg.fr (please mention the words “Invitation Letter Request” in the subject field on your e-mail request) or fax it to Ms. Monika Marin – Fax: +33 3 20 57 48 55. Please type or print legibly. Thank you!
Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or a permission to attend the conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference. Payment for registration fees must have been finalized, before requesting an Invitation Letter.
